GENERAL FUNCTION:

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding their solar and home improvement loans. It requires professionalism and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.

Responsible for risk management by sharing ideas, raising concerns, and adhering to policies. Always act in the best interest of customers and colleagues, ensuring actions foster a positive experience. Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks within the bank's risk appetite to achieve results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and friendly, determining caller needs.
  2. Provide excellent service by answering questions and supporting solar systems or loan applications.
  3. Assist with payment and billing inquiries.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  5. Follow up on customer interactions.
  6. Verify customer identity.
  7. Record interactions with detailed notes.
  8. Follow Dividend policies and procedures.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. English/Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
  2. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and potentially remotely (local to San Diego, CA).
  3. At least six months recent call center experience.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent.
  5. Ability to multitask while providing accurate, efficient service.
  6. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
  7. Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
  8. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  9. Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  10. Ability to work independently.
  11. Excellent interpersonal skills.
