Job Requirements

Call Center Customer Service Representative(s) - Accounts Payable Support Team

Pay Rate : $19 / hour

Location : Remote (after onsite training)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Employment Type : Full-Time

Citizenship Requirement : Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Are you a customer-focused professional with call center experience? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Accounts Payable support team. This role begins with approximately 30 days of onsite training, after which qualified, you may transition to remote work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding accounts payable and billing issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
