Overview: Home Performance Alliance - Call Center Appointment Setters has over 10 years' experience serving the Florida market. Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 300 dedicated professionals providing superior products and best-in-class customer service. Our product line includes hurricane-impact windows, doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing, all made in the USA for Florida homeowners.

As a Call Center Appointment Setters, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a design consultant for an in-person follow-up visit. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
  • Taking the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
  • Prioritizing appointments to maximize revenue
  • Making outbound calls to leads, pitch misses, and canceled contracts; scheduling in-person appointments for sales reps
  • Fielding incoming phone calls and converting 50% or more to appointments
  • Using Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
  • Demonstrating a pleasant disposition with each prospect
  • Properly explaining the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Ability to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask with a positive attitude
  • A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
  • Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
