Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? Do you have excellent communication skills and a talent for providing top-tier customer service? If so, we'd love to have you on our team! As a Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in guiding students through the enrollment process, providing essential information, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment. This role involves high-touch interactions through inbound and outbound calls, making every student feel supported and valued. What You'll Do: Engage with prospective and current students via phone and email, providing information on programs, enrollment steps, and financial aid.
Assist in increasing student inquiries, applications, and retention through exceptional customer service.
Stay informed about recruitment events, information sessions, orientations, and registration deadlines.
Occasionally assist students with course selection and registration.
Provide guidance on financial aid status, payment processes, and next steps.
Work within multiple systems, including VPNs and student information platforms, to document interactions and track student progress.
Efficiently toggle between different systems and emails to gather and provide real-time updates.
Attend remote training sessions to stay updated on new programs, policies, and services.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to policies such as FERPA compliance in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors, accepting feedback to improve processes and student experiences.
Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Associate degree or completion of at least 24 college credits, OR
Minimum of one year of experience in admissions, registration, financial aid, or student services, OR
Three years of relevant customer service or call center experience.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about helping students succeed.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple student accounts, and accurately document interactions.
