Call Center Inbound Customer Service Team Member (Tulsa, OK REMOTE**)
Location & Training: Must live in/near Tulsa, OK. On-site training in Tulsa for at least three weeks, followed by remote work from home (WFH) after meeting attendance and performance goals.
Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls, providing customer support, and assisting in reuniting pets with their owners. Answer calls 24/7, 365 days a year, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Shift Details: Day and evening schedules available. Specific shifts are assigned. Next class starts June 4th.
