TeleSpecialists is hiring for an in-office navigator in our Brookhaven, GA location. You will coordinate the care between patients and teleneurology physicians, handling a high volume of calls and triaging information for the physician team.
The role requires twelve-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, a high-energy, detail-oriented approach, and strong communication skills. High School Diploma and 1 year in a call center are preferred.

The navigator is responsible for coordinating the care between the patients and physicians throughout the continuum of the telehealth encounter. High volumes of calls are directed to the dispatcher. The dispatcher answers the call, obtains information, and then contacts the physician to transfer the information.
