  • Identifier les problèmes récurrents et les tendances pour le coaching ciblé.
  • Documenter les résultats d'audit, observations et recommandations de manière organisée.

Job description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Legal Intake Pros, you will play a crucial role in upholding our high standards for law firm intake processes by performing Dashboard Nudges Audits and Unassociated Call Reviews, ensuring law firm intake teams meet lead management and call-handling standards. This role supports our Coaching and Quality Control Departments by driving actionable improvements based on data-driven audits and feedback. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct weekly audits of Lead Docket dashboards to assess lead handling, follow-up timing, and contract process accuracy. • Perform Nudge Audits to ensure intake specialists are completing tasks, updating lead statuses, and following through on next steps. • Identify recurring issues and trends to support targeted coaching and process improvement. • Provide written feedback to internal teams and contribute to regular QA reporting. • Collaborate with the Coaching Team to ensure audit findings translate into actionable coaching points. • Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in an organized and timely manner. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in quality control, auditing, or intake-related roles. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Lead Docket, Filevine, or similar systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify compliance issues. • Clear written communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.). • Knowledge of personal injury intake processes is a plus. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
