Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a California Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist to manage a dedicated portfolio of claims, lead investigations, and determine compensability. You will handle investigations, evaluations, reserves, and negotiations with clients, claimants, and vendors, within authorized authorities.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of CA workers' compensation experience, CAWCS/WCIRB/CPWC/WCCA designations, and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of California workers' compensation claims handling experience.
• CAWCS, WCIRB, CPWC, WCCA designation required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in accordance with established standards and laws.
• Establish reserves, review invoices, and negotiate settlements within authority levels.
