You’ll analyze claims, negotiate settlements within authority, communicate with claimants and clients, and coordinate with excess carriers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent required.
• California workers' compensation jurisdictional knowledge required; SIP licensing within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
