Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, verbal and written.
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
• Knowledge of evidentiary objections in discovery responses.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery.
• Draft and argue motions, and take and defend depositions.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely reporting to clients and adherence to case management requirements.
