What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy Architect: You’ll design and implement sales strategies that make California a powerhouse region for Jade Street Consulting.

Client Relationship Wizard: Cultivate meaningful partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts. You’ll be the go-to person that everyone trusts and loves to work with!

Sales Growth Rockstar: Hit your targets and crush them! Drive revenue by seizing opportunities and creating new business across California.

Team Player: work with a remote, high-performing team of sales pros, reporting to our West Coast sales director.

Market Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior. Your insight will keep us ahead of the game!

Reporting & Forecasting Expert: Track progress, forecast sales, and provide the leadership team with actionable insights to drive decisions.

Retailers: Work with accounts such as Bristol Farms, Lassens, Erewhon, and more!

What We’re Looking For

Experience: You’ve spent at least 5 years in sales management, preferably within the CPG or brokering world, with a proven track record of success.

Leadership Skills: You know how to inspire remote teams. Your leadership style is all about empowering others to succeed.

California Knowledge: You’re familiar with the retail and CPG landscape in California—your understanding of the market here is second to none.

Relationship Builder: You know how to build lasting, genuine relationships with clients. You’re a trusted partner and a strategic advisor.

Analytical Mindset: You love data! You use it to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.

Travel Enthusiast: You’re comfortable with travel (about 30-40% of the time) to meet with clients, prospects, and the team. California is your playground!
