Job summary

Rula Mental Health is seeking a PMHNP licensed in California to join its network as an independent contractor (1099). You will perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medications, while benefiting from Rula's credentialing, marketing, and telehealth support.

You will work within a flexible schedule, delivering high-quality care with administrative support handled by Rula.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted PMHNP license and valid DEA in CA.
• 1+ year PMHNP clinical experience with assessment, diagnosis, triage, med management and crisis care.
• Independent licensure or collaboration with MD as required by CA law.
• PMHNP certification by ANCC.
• State PMP registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, workups and treatment planning including medication management.
• Care for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platforms for patient care.
• Coordinate with support teams for credentialing and billing.
