Responsibilities

• Formulating discovery and investigation strategy.
• Prepare and respond to discovery.
• Attend court appearances and arbitratons.
• Prepare lawsuits for trial/arbitration and motions.
• Share knowledge with all attorneys and ensure cost-effective defense.
• Represent physicians at depositions in depo-only cases.
