Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Prior litigation experience across junior to senior levels.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of the dispute process.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams across multiple offices.
• Develop strategic recommendations and practical solutions for clients.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive and effective legal representation.
