Remote - United States
Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting contractor applicants who are licensed in California, but reside outside of California.
Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with the flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. More is always welcome depending on your schedule. Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule.
Our pay rate varies based on your state of residence and currently ranges from $65-$90 per session. Pay rates are determined by a number of factors including location, licensure, and other relevant considerations, and will be confirmed by your recruiter during the interview process. Session length is 60 min for an intake and 45 min for a follow-up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate.
All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S.
