Job summary

The San Bernardino, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have at least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience in employment law matters.

Prior employment litigation experience is required (preferably on the management side), including experience handling single plaintiff employment claims as well as PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 8–15 years of employment law experience.
• Experience in management-side employment litigation.
• Experience with single plaintiff claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, FEHA.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide proactive counseling to clients and coordinate with agencies.
