The Role

• Flexibility to create a tailored position based on personal and career goals.
• Private pay and insurance-based client referrals provided.
• Opportunity for bonus pay through an incentive program.
• Set own hours and caseload.
• Licensed therapists with 2+ years of experience may provide supervision to unlicensed therapists.
• Option to conduct in-person sessions at offices or provide services from home.
• Monthly consultations with the clinical team and participation in team events (training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights).
• Billing, credentialing, marketing, clients, and office space handled; role involves seeing clients and taking notes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain credentialing to work with insurance panels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records.
• Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR preferred.
