Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare locum tenens assignment for physicians in Gardena, California. Schedule includes 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 4 weeks on/4 weeks off, with Week 1 Mon–Fri 7 am–3 pm and Week 2 24-hour pager call coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering general anesthesia, OB anesthesia and regional blocks.
• Hospital privileges required.
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general anesthesia for a variety of cases including OB and regional blocks.
• Provide intraoperative anesthesia care per assigned blocks and schedules.
• Maintain patient safety and coordinate with surgical teams.

• General, light trauma, OB/GYN, ortho, GI, cataracts, robotics, urology
• Healthy peds accepted ages 3 - 11, case by case basis
• NO: neuro, thoracic, vascular, cardiac, or complex peds/neonates
• Required skills: general anesthesia, OB, and regional blocks
• Hospital privileges required
