Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge in Vernon, CA recruits a Distribution Manager to lead driver and fulfillment operations across California markets. You will oversee salaried and hourly teams, hire, coach, and drive a culture of accountability, safety, and ownership while improving SLAs and metrics.

Travel within CA, LA to San Diego, is required as needed. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, and support new market launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in distribution/logistics/operations
• Experience managing both hourly and salaried teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day driver, fulfillment, and cross-dock operations in CA markets
• Own people-management cycle from hiring to performance management
• Improve SLAs, metrics, and delivery accuracy through data-driven decisions
• Develop and refine delivery processes and SOPs
• Collaborate with Distribution, Logistics, Sales, Production, Data and Tech teams
