Job Summary

Based on provided designs and components, construct, erect, install, and repair custom storage systems and accessories using laminate wood, edge-banding, hardware and other materials, requiring your skills with hand tools and power tools. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

1. Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
2. Utilize company-provided CAD drawings/blueprints to properly and efficiently install systems.
3. Helper and Apprentice level proficiency with specific product installation procedures.
4. Install Locking Corner Shelves.
5. Install and adjust hampers, fillers, and scribe mold.
6. Install and adjust doors and side-by-side drawer stacks. Install fusion Slat wall system and basic floor-based systems.
7. Install basic countertops, islands, and all types of backing. Install flat trim both base and top.
8. Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and maintaining company-provided vehicles in a safe manner. Report any vehicle problems to the company immediately.

Qualifications

1. Must maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
2. High School diploma.
3. Entry level; 1 year experience.
4. Experience with common hand and power tools.
5. Trade or vocational school experience desirable.
6. Cabinetry or carpentry skills and/or experience installing offices to furniture quality level finishes.
