(UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are seeking innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will provide a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy, and virtual group therapy to clients of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote tele-video one-on-one psychotherapy, assess new client histories, and determine appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
  • Consult with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities to assure an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct and document ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platforms.
  • Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions, and patient responses.
