Overview

Responsibilities and Telehealth Opportunities are available with HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). We are seeking a patient-focused, experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMHC to join our remote team. Clinicians provide a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy and virtual group therapy to clients of all ages from home.

Position type: Full-time (W-2), fully remote. Schedule: Monday through Friday – 9 am to 5 pm Pacific time.

Position summary: Lead Licensed Therapist will manage individual and/or group caseloads, provide mental health/chemical dependency treatment in individual and/or group settings. Under supervision of the Clinical Manager, this role will assist day-to-day program services and help plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group psychotherapy, assess new client histories, and determine appropriate treatment options in collaboration with the patient and other mental health professionals.
  • Consult with Clinical Manager in development and facilitation of program activities to ensure optimal therapeutic experience.
  • Provide oversight of other Clinicians when directed by Clinical Manager.
  • Assist Clinical Manager with ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations and targeted evaluations as needed.
  • Lead clinician for facilitating group therapy sessions and monthly clinical staff meetings.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platforms.
  • Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions, and patient responses.
  • Work remotely conducting one-on-one, safe and confidential tele-video sessions, including minimum 20% of weekly responsibilities.
  • Support efforts to establish credentials and licensure in additional states as needed.
  • Attend weekly supervision if required for clinical licensure.
  • Adhere to all facilities policies, procedures, and service excellence standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
