Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review collection claims referred to the firm and determine readiness for legal action.
• Represent clients in civil collection matters throughout California.
• Review, approve, and execute pleadings and other legal documents to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with courts, opposing counsel, consumers, and other parties involved in active matters.
• Oversee assigned dockets, including trial preparation and post-judgment enforcement activities.
• Support the overall management, supervision, and progression of cases.
