**Base Pay:** $28.13/hour, increasing to $40.05 with continuing education opportunities.

The **Calibration Technicians** are responsible for calibrating and troubleshooting plant instrumentation and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will evaluate machine operations to identify and implement process improvements in systems such as:

  • Temperature: Thermocouple, RTD, Thermistor, Infrared
  • Pressure: Transducers, switches
  • Weight Control Systems: Load cells
  • Chart Recorder Displays: Interface units, calibration devices

This role involves regular communication with the Electrical Engineer, establishing calibration schedules, and offers a career path to Electronics Technician through training and experience.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma, GED, or CRC with Silver Certificate or higher
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights
  • 2 years of industrial technical experience or completion of an accredited apprenticeship
  • Ability to pass aptitude and hands-on assessments

**Shift Details:** 12-hour shifts, likely night shift, with a 2-2-3 schedule, providing natural overtime and every other weekend off.

**Work Environment:** Texarkana, AR Plant — a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting with hot, cold, and noisy conditions. Safety procedures are mandatory, including PPE such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.

**Additional Qualifications:**

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic computer skills preferred
