  • Estimated hourly base pay: $28.27(minimum) - $35.34(midpoint) - $42.41(maximum)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Calibrate a variety of dimensional gauges and inspection equipment both in place and in the laboratory
  • Interpret outside calibration certifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Populate, maintain, and develop calibration procedures
  • Populate, maintain, and develop inspection records and calibration certificates
  • Follow quality management system processes and procedures
  • Read GD&T on prints to determine gauge inspection criteria
  • Attend specialized training courses on and off-site

What We Are Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in applied science or equivalent experience (e.g., military metrology/calibration program).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a calibration lab is required.
  • Knowledge of calibration lab principles, statistical and quality control methods.
  • Familiarity with standards for measuring and testing equipment.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems and record keeping.
  • Experience in a high precision manufacturing environment preferred.
