Job summary

Trescal is seeking a Calibration Technician - Level 2 to provide calibration services for RF, microwave and temperature measurement equipment. The role involves on-site and in-house work, direct customer interaction, and ensuring high-quality calibration results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years calibration experience.
• Experience calibrating RF, Microwave, and Temperature equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and certification of Electronic Test and Measurement equipment in-house or on-site.
• Interact directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain high performance standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and advise on repairs.
• Represent the company in customer support roles and ensure service quality.
