Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform basic tests on manufactured products by following written procedures under close supervision.

You will use meters, pressure pumps, dead weight testers, shakers and test chambers while observing all safety rules. Additional duties include routine electrical, mechanical and environmental tests, following the product router, and notifying Leadership if tests fail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of pre-calibration testing methods and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate calibration software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical, mechanical and environmental tests and calibrations on PCB products.
• Follow written procedures and product routers; sign and date traveler.
• Ensure test equipment calibration stickers are current and notify Leadership of issues.
• Comply with safety rules and keep work area clean.
• Assist with other related duties to ensure efficient department operations.
