Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician-2nd shift to perform basic electrical, mechanical and environmental tests on PCB products following written procedures.

You will use meters, pumps, dead-weight testers, shakers and test chambers with close supervision and observe safety guidelines. The role requires high school education, basic calibration software skills, and strict adherence to ESD and QA procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Knowledge in pre-calibration testing and safety precautions when operating test equipment.
• Basic computer skills required in operating calibration software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests and calibrations on less complex PCB products.
• Follow ESD procedures as outlined in the ESD manual.
• Execute tests as per product router, sign and date traveler.
• Notify Leadership if test results do not meet specifications.
• Ensure test equipment calibration stickers are valid and communicate issues to Leadership.
