Job summary

MTS Systems Corporation in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our metrology team. You’ll calibrate measurement and test equipment across mechanical disciplines, following approved procedures and ensuring traceability to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Calibration experience on MTE with traceability to standards.
• Understanding of calibration requirements and ISO/IEC 17025 familiarity.
• Strong math and physics background and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of measurement and test equipment using approved procedures.
• Create and execute calibration procedures applying measurement science.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation in MET/TEAM.
• Troubleshoot calibration operations and provide technical support.
• Support continuous improvement and lean practices.
• Communicate progress and changes clearly with management.
