The Role:

We are seeking Calibration Technicians of all levels to join our team at Aldinger, an Accredited Labs company, a leading calibration services provider.

Experience in our industry is not required and training will be provided upon hire. This position is suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience. Join our team and contribute to providing accurate and reliable calibration services to our clients.

Location:

On-site at various customer sites in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. Occasionally at our Dallas office.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
2. Perform routine and complex calibrations on a wide variety of equipment following company processes and documentation
3. Perform calibration on various devices and instruments according to established procedures and standards
4. Work directly with clients throughout the calibration process, providing updates and ensuring communication
5. Ensure calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
6. Maintain calibration records and documentation accurately and up to date
7. Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel within Dallas, TX and occasional out-of-state travel

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of principles and techniques in metrology
• Experience with Electrical, Physical, or Mechanical Calibration
• Experience with Manufacturer's Quality Systems
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
• Technical certifications or military PMEL training
• Experience with IndySoft or similar software
