Perform calibration, maintenance, and verification of plant instruments, equipment, and measurement devices.
Maintain accurate calibration records within a computerized calibration management system.
Troubleshoot equipment that does not meet calibration standards and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
Conduct peer reviews of calibration documentation and support compliance requirements.
Assist with training and mentoring technicians while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
High school diploma required; technical degree or certification preferred.
Experience in calibration, maintenance, manufacturing, instrumentation, or a related technical field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, test equipment, and calibration instruments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour
