Job summary

Trident Calibration Labs, part of Accredited Labs, seeks an experienced Calibration Technician to perform calibrations in lab and at customer sites in Phoenix, AZ. You will interact with clients, ensure procedures are followed, and maintain accurate calibration records.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of calibration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A technical degree or PMEL training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment including electronic/physical/mechanical and dimensional
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration per procedures and documentation
• Calibrate devices in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Communicate with clients to provide status updates on services
• Maintain calibration records and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards

We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to join Trident Calibration Labs, an Accredited Labs company! Location

Trident Calibration Lab office is in Phoenix, AZ and works on-site at various customer sites.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols
• Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment to include electronic, physical/mechanical and dimensional
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice to have:

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
• Technical Degree or Certificate
