Job summary

Palen Kimball Calibration, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Twin Cities team. You will perform electrical, physical, and mechanical calibration of calibration equipment and support service tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in calibration, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and pass a drug screen and background check; English fluency is required. Shift is Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week, on-site in Minneapolis with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of calibration experience.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Physical, and Mechanical calibration of equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, hipot testers, and temperature/humidity controllers.
• Experience with Indysoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review of customer requirements.
• Service and repair.
• Prepare and visually inspect calibration and inspection items.
• Perform calibration and inspection.
• Maintain vehicles.
• Recording of data.
• Assist in training of new employees.
• Fill out work orders.

Calibration Technicianat Palen Kimball Calibration

Shift:Monday – Friday8am-4:30pm - 40 hours per week - Full time

Hourly Wage:$30-$50 per hour

Location:Twin Cities, Minneapolis (some travel maybe required)

Requirements:

• Youmustbe 18 years old.
• Youmustbe able to pass a drug test.
• Youmustbe able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
• For safety reasons, youmustbe able to speak English.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• 5+ years of experience in calibration
• Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and Mechanical Calibration of equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Hipot Testers, Temperature and Humidity Controllers, Pressure Gauges and Dimensional Equipment
• Experience with Indysoft Preferred
