Advantage Technical in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Calibration Technician to support calibration, documentation, and control of test and measurement equipment in a quality manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine calibrations, record data, verify results against specs, review records for accuracy, and coordinate equipment movement with internal customers and vendors. This onsite role includes competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training, associate degree, military metrology training, or related calibration experience preferred.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment in calibration, metrology, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environments.
• Understanding of measurement, tolerances, specifications, traceability, and calibration principles.
• Ability to read technical procedures and maintain precise documentation.
• Microsoft Office and computerized equipment-management system experience preferred.
• Regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
