Job summary

Accredited Labs seeks an IndySoft Analyst to join our national calibration lab network. You will configure and administer IndySoft, keep the system healthy, and ensure integration with our application stack across sites.

You will report to the Manager of Applications and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and IT to ensure clean data flows and a reliable user experience for our labs. 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IndySoft administration or configuration.
• 1–4 years in a systems administration, business systems analyst, data analyst, or application support role.
• Proficient in SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, insert, and update data.
• Understanding of API integrations and data flows between business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical data/configuration work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical topics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, data cleanup).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day IndySoft administration and configuration across sites.
• Configure templates, lists, events, and workflows in IndySoft; manage equipment profiles and reporting layouts.
• Assist with data migration when integrating new locations onto IndySoft.
• Run data quality checks and support data validation and mapping during system changes.
• Support integrations and data flow between IndySoft and other business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Provide user support and create documentation, how-to guides, and training materials.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements, automations, or customizations.
