Job summary

Calibration Solutions is seeking a talented Calibration Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role supports the Soil, Concrete & Asphalt testing industry with on-site calibration services and customer interaction.

You will perform full service on customer equipment, communicate with clients and manufacturers, assist with troubleshooting, and participate in on-site measurements. Travel is substantial (up to 90%), with training on calibration and quality procedures provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to travel to jobsites (90% travel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; must have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently and professionally perform full service on customer equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Ability to travel to jobsites (90% travel)
• Ability to work in various environments
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and alongside team members
• Occasional weekend work per customer demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to utilize available resources to identify and solve unforeseen problems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; must have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
