Our mission is to support those on the quest for a cure.---**What You'll Do**You will travel to client sites (laboratories, cleanrooms, manufacturing facilities, and calibration labs) and perform hands-on calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation across a wide range of instrumentation and measurement equipment. No two days are exactly the same.**Day to day, you'll be:**Performing calibrations on dimensional, electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical measuring and test equipment (M&TE) using VaLogic procedures, industry standards, manufacturer specs, and client requirements.Creating, maintaining, and executing calibration procedures for varied instrumentation.Completing all calibration documentation and certification records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in the field.Serving as a technical resource during internal and external audits.Collaborating with leadership to grow VaLogic Bio's internal calibration capabilities.Delivering the kind of customer service that makes clients feel genuinely taken care of.---**What We're Looking For**You should meet at least one of the following:A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related technical field.Formal metrology training, including completion of a PMEL program or equivalent.Relevant military or technical calibration training and experience.We especially want to hear from you if you have 5 or more years of metrology and calibration experience, and if you've worked in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated environments.Beyond credentials, we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and genuinely good with people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications is expected. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car and commercial airline are required.---**The Travel Reality**This is a field-based position. Most of your time will be spent at client sites, primarily in your assigned regional territory, with regular national travel and overnight trips as business requires.
