Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Calibration Program Manager to own the calibration program across engineering, manufacturing, test and operations.

You will manage lifecycle, certificates, and data, coordinate with labs and suppliers, and develop dashboards to show calibration health and risk.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 5+ years in calibration/metrology, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, metrology, physical science, manufacturing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of experience managing calibration, metrology, measurement systems, inspection equipment, or related program.
• Knowledge of calibration principles, traceability, uncertainty, and certificate interpretation.
• Experience analyzing calibration data to identify drift, failures, and risk.
• Ability to coordinate users, labs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams with records accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the calibration program for measurement tools and equipment used across engineering, manufacturing, test, inspection, and operations.
• Manage the equipment lifecycle from selection to retirement and replacement.
• Establish calibration intervals, methods, and traceability requirements.
• Review calibration certificates and historical results to identify drift and trends.
• Coordinate internal and external calibration activities and ensure timely program execution.
• Maintain calibration records and traceability within quality and asset-management systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports on calibration health and tool availability.
