Job summary

Accredited Labs seeks an exceptional Calibration Service Manager to lead our Dallas calibration operation. You will oversee daily lab activities, supervise technicians, and drive quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing team.

Based at the Aldinger lab facility in Dallas, you will manage budgets, develop revenue opportunities, and coordinate training with corporate. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of middle supervisory or management experience in calibration.
• Strong multi-discipline technical skills.
• Knowledge of calibration policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal income statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab calibration operations, prioritizing workflows and scheduling.
• Supervise calibration technicians and assistants to ensure QA adherence.
• Ensure technicians perform accurate calibrations and repairs per quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Branch Manager to develop revenue opportunities and ROI justifications.
• Develop budgets and continuous improvement plans to enhance lab performance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate recruitment and training with corporate for team workload and performance.
• Partner with corporate to manage recruitment, training, workload management, performance reviews, and conflict resolution for the team.
