Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Calibration Supervisor to lead instrumentation calibration efforts at the Lilly Technology Center in Indianapolis, with a temporary relocation to Carmel and eventual move to Lebanon.

The role focuses on supervising a team, aligning maintenance work with production schedules, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards in a 24/7 facility environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial calibration or instrumentation leadership in FDA-regulated setting.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, calibration, and instrumentation (pressure, temp, flow, pH).

Responsibilities

• Safety: set expectations for a positive safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Lead calibration and instrumentation activities to meet cGMP standards.
• Manage daily activities, attendance, overtime, and performance of the team.
• Ensure alignment of maintenance programs with safety, quality and efficiency goals.
• Act as main point of contact for calibration issues and escalation.
