Job summary

Titan Internaltional is seeking dependable Manufacturing Operators to support Fabric Calender, Wire Calender, Gum Calender, Shear Operations, and Electron Beam Processing. You will operate production equipment, handle materials, monitor quality, and complete production documentation while cross-training across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment across fabric, wire, gum, shear, and EBP production processes.
  • Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
  • Operate calenders, wind-up units, slitting equipment, shear cutting units, butt splicers, and related machinery.
  • Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor product quality, perform inspections, sampling, tagging, and labeling.
  • Maintain production records, inventory transactions, quality documentation, and logs.
  • Support material handling, trucking, roll changes, liner changes, and packaging.
  • Provide relief coverage and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report safety, quality, or operational concerns.
  • Perform housekeeping and other assigned duties.

Titan Internaltional is seeking dependable, safety-focused Manufacturing Operators to support Fabric Calender, Wire Calender, Gum Calender, Shear Operations, and Electron Beam Processing (EBP). Operators will safely operate production equipment, handle materials, monitor quality, complete production documentation, and support efficient manufacturing operations while cross‑training across multiple departments.

Essential Functions
  • Operate manufacturing equipment used in fabric, wire, gum, shear, and EBP production processes.
  • Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
  • Operate calenders, wind‑up units, slitting equipment, shear cutting units, butt splicers, and related production machinery.
  • Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor product quality and perform inspections, measurements, sampling, tagging, and labeling activities.
  • Maintain production records, inventory transactions, quality documentation, and operational logs.
  • Support material handling, trucking, roll changes, liner changes, and packaging activities.
  • Provide relief coverage and assist in multiple production areas as needed
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report safety, quality, or operational concerns.
  • Perform housekeeping and all other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience.
  • Forklift experience or certification.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to safely perform team lifts when required.
  • Ability to work around moving machinery and industrial equipment.
  • Must wear required PPE at all times.
Training & Certifications
  • Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification.
  • Hoist inspection and material handling training.
  • Lockout/Tagout and required safety training.
  • Cross‑training across multiple manufacturing operations.
