We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Calendar Clerk to assist a US-based law firm in managing their scheduled appointments, deadlines, and overall calendar management. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing vital support to a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the attorneys' calendars, ensuring all appointments, client meetings, and court dates are accurately scheduled and maintained.
  • Coordinate scheduling across different time zones, accommodating various stakeholders' availability.
  • Track deadlines for legal filings and other critical tasks, providing reminders as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and legal staff regarding scheduling changes and confirmations.
  • Utilize legal case management software to maintain the calendar and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and document preparation as required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Previous experience as a calendar clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and a strong understanding of legal case management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is advantageous.
  • Experience with CLIO or LAWMATICS is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook for scheduling.
