Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Perform bakery clerk tasks as needed.
• Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Clean work area, couplers and decorating bags.
• Organize the freezer with proper product rotation.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Report temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy.
• Rotate icings and read dates.
• Use cake production sheet and cake manual for reference.
