Qualifications

• 6–12 months decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trim, fill, assemble, ice, and decorate cakes and cupcakes.
• Write inscriptions and complete custom cake orders.
• Prepare and color icings and decorations.
• Maintain Magnolia standards for cake design, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before sale.
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with training and supporting other cake icers.
• Help organize and maintain prep and decorating stations.
• Complete prep tasks as needed.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
