Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the members' expectations.

What you'll do:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and improve associate engagement; adapt to new technology and promote its use.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values through high-quality service, support and train team members, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
