Magnolia Bakery is seeking a Cake Icer/Prep at Rockefeller Center with flexible hours. You will decorate cakes, cupcakes, and icebox items, creating products that align with the brand and quality standards while delivering excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cake decorating experience, high energy and a team-oriented attitude. This on-site role requires standing, handling equipment, and following safety and sanitation procedures in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and icebox items according to recipes.
• Ensure items meet brand standards, quality, and taste.
• Operate and monitor equipment safely (mixers, choppers) and keep work area clean.
• Exhibit excellent customer service when needed.
• Fulfill production list for orders and house items.
• Follow all safety procedures and sanitation practices.
