CAKE DECORATOR & SKILLED FINISH CLERK

Production Clerk working in the Department's Manufacturing Section, responsible for performing skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items. Primary duties include following the production schedule, icing cakes and specialty items, applying custom or general decorations, creating artwork, packaging, and producing related novelty items within departmental guidelines. This role may also involve working at the bakery sales counter as needed.

Requirements:

1. Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Work Experience: Experience with bakery finishing and cake decoration preferred.
3. Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 80 lbs.
