Summary

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Ensures adherence to all production/display guidelines regarding bakery products to promote sales. Operates within sanitation guidelines and procedures set by the company and state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
2. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service, and sanitary conditions.
4. Maintain proper variety of cakes to meet customer needs.
5. Assist with inventory management of 'Deco Pac' products, in collaboration with the Bakery Manager.
6. Maintain standards for product variety, including seasonal colors and buttercream.
7. Manage bakery equipment operation, including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
8. May be asked to oversee bakery operations in the absence of the bakery manager.
9. Provide high levels of customer courtesy and service.
10. Handle all customer special orders, such as cake orders.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sanitation regulations.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
