Responsibilities

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all customers.
2. Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, packaging, and labeling).
3. Maintain product quality and freshness.
4. Perform bakery clerk functions when requested.
5. Maintain sanitation standards in all work areas.
6. Clean work area, tools, and decorating supplies properly.
7. Organize the freezer and rotate stock properly.
8. Communicate customer requests and temperature issues to management.
9. Keep the supply area neat and organized.
10. Properly handle and rotate icings, and use the cake manual as reference.
11. Write on cakes and mix colors according to the chart.
12. Master the use of the airbrush.
13. Use the cake production sheet to track work.
14. Achieve sales, shrink, and profit goals for the cake section.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
16. Maintain customer arrival standards and assist with product receiving and storage.

Qualifications
