Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with other associates, you will ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate across teams, educate others on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Ensure bakery quality and consistency, follow recipes, use decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, and encourage their use among team members.
4. Be an Owner: Manage bakery performance, ensure quality, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and foster a respectful, supportive environment.
